Withdrawal, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

  • Please note that a withdrawal request from the Workshop must be received no later than 5 business days prior to Day One of the Workshop commencing. A full refund is given, less any transaction costs (i.e. processing of fees administered by financial institutions and/or online payment technology companies). A withdrawal request must be confirmed by email.
  • Due to Workshop demand and pre-workshop preparation, if less than 5 business days’ notice is given, participants will receive a 50% refund of the total payment received of their registration, less applicable transaction costs (i.e. processing of fees administered by financial institutions). A withdrawal request must be confirmed by email
  • To reschedule a Workshop, the request must be received in writing no later than 5 business days prior to Day One of the Workshop commencing. If less than 5 business days’ notice is given, no rescheduling will be permitted. A rescheduling request must be confirmed by email. Credit towards a rescheduled Workshop will be issued for one year only, from the original date of payment
  • No refunds are given should the participant withdraw or reschedule on, or after Day One of the Workshop

BelEsprit Inc. Workshop Cancellation or Postponement

  • While every effort is made to run Workshops on the advertised dates, BelEsprit Inc. reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel the Workshop or change the scheduled dates without prior written notice. In the event of cancellation, each participant will be refunded the full Workshop payment, less applicable transaction costs (i.e. processing of fees administered by financial institutions)
  • BelEsprit Inc. is liable only for the reimbursement of the Workshop payment, and is not responsible for travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the participant related to the Workshop, in the event of cancellation or postponement
